ThorConnWndClass

I am a total novice, so all answers need to be very simple!

I am using Windows 2000 & Office Outlook 2003.

When I am sending e-mails, I can send 1 e-mail, and then I cannot send
anymore until shut down my PC.

When I try to shut the PC, I get the message that "ThorConnWndClass" is
trying to close down.

I have tried Googling the problem and it appears it is a long standing
problem. There are lots of ideas... one being there is a rouge message on the
server.

I have tried everything...... does anyone have a solution that works!

Mary, Thank you for the reply....

I have tried everything I have read.

I have checked my mail provider & deleted all the mails I can see.

I have downloaded "Registry Software"

I have ran from "RUN": regedit.exe inetcomm.dll and regsvr32.exe inetcomm.dll

I have started Outlook in safe mode.....

nothing appears to work.

Thank you.

Thanks Mary,

I have tried all of those ideas... with no success.

I have removed and re-installed my McAfee......... Still no success.

I just do not know where to go from here...........
