I had a hard drive crash and can't get my office
profesional 2000 to load because it's an upgrade version
from my office 95 I had previosly. I have tried to find
support from microsoft, by phone, internet, etc and cannot
get any help or get through, because the format of the pid
is not the same as I have and they don't list an option
for my software that cost me 400$! I need office 95 so I
can load my upgrade 2000P! help! As far as I am
concerned, Microsoft support doesn't exist!

Hmm, seems as if you should have KEPT your Office 95 CD.

Your housekeeping problem is not Microsoft's fault.
