Thousand Seperator

I work on financial reports and I use numbers all the time. Is there a way or
a MACRO to use so that the "COMMA" be inserted automatically as thousand
seperator between numbers.

Help will be much appreciated

Word isn't very good at formatting numbers. If you're not using some kind of
field to display a number, then you have no choice but to type in all thousands
separators manually. (Or run a macro at some point that will format numbers it
finds in the specified range of text.)
