three hyperlink questions

First question: is there a way to associate hyperlinks to images in OneNote?
If so, how?

Second question: what is the easiest way to insert "friendly" hyperlinks
(where the display text is different than the hypertext link)? So far, the
easiest I've come up with is doing it in Word via Insert Hyperlink and then
Copy/Paste to OneNote, but it's a hassle.

Third question: does (or will) OneNote support non-standard I.E. protocols
for hyperlinks? I have an IE protocol that goes to my Bible software ...
thus, I can have a link like:
libronixdls://jump|pos=LLS-AOL%3A583.0.0|ref=topic%2Btopics.Abraham|res=LLS%3A14.0.1
which will open my Bible software to the dictionary entry for "Abraham"
(which is 4 pages long...too long to want to copy/paste the whole thing into
OneNote). I can't get OneNote to understand the nonstandard protocol. The
best I've been able to figure out is to create a shortcut with the executable
and parameters that IE executes and then creating a file://shortcut.lnk link
in OneNote. It works, but it is pretty involved and tedious. Is there a
better way?

Thanks!
