Three licenses in student teacher version

I bought a copy of Mac Office 2004 on eBay. The auction said it was a
brand new copy of the student teacher edition and that I could install
on three computers. but he sent only one license key, and said i could
use that to install on up to three computers.

now, when i install, however, it runs only on one computer at a time
(the others refuse to run, saying that office is already running on
another computer). Did he stiff me? was he supposed to send two other
product keys so i could install three times?

Yes, there were three license keys in the S/T package. He should send
you all three.
