Three machine entourage not synchronize

Dear all,

My boss have Macbook pro use in office, macbook air for trip and iphone. All
of the email setting is synchronize to exchange server.
Only have one problem in macbook air entourage, if he delete items (e.g.
email, folders, meeting...etc) on macbook air, macbook pro and iphone will
not deleted in the mailbox. He can only use macbook pro or iphone to do the
delete function. But he can move any items in macbook air that all of three
machine will updated.
Is it have some setting in exchange server or entourage? Could you help me?

Hi Ken!

Right-click or Control-click the Deleted Items folder on the MacBook Air
and select Folder Properties. Then click the Empty button to empty the
cache. Your messages will synchronize again with the server.

Then try deleting something and see if the changes appear on the iPhone
and MacBook Pro.
