Three Power Point issues.Pack and Go and Sound

I have three questions

I am using PowerPoint 2003 (SP3)

How to generate .PPS (slide shows) with this version.?

In the earlier version, there used be an option Pack and Go.

Now this is missing PowerPoint 2003.

Have done any goofing at the time of installation (by not choosing an option
etc)?

How to add a sound file to the PPT, a song which continues to play as song
as the PPT runs

I have a .PPS file which came with a song

How to extract this (sound).for using in another PPT presentation?

This is on the file menu - it's now called "package for cd"

Play music across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)

1. To save as pps choose save As and in the Save as Type box scroll down to
find PowerPoint show *.pps

1b. In 2003 it is called Package for CD
