Threshold of number of users / projects, that MS Proj Serv. can ha

I currently have over 350 users and close to 250 projects in my system. Does
MS Project Server have a limitation to either of these, since my company is
looking to expand the use of MS Project across all of its departments. If
there would be a limiting factor, where do you guys foresee it coming from. I
also have a separate SQL server with the database.
