Thumbnail viewing

When I'm in Windows Explorer and I want to view JPEG files
as thumbnails, I click on Thumbnails under View but the
thumbnail pictures don't appear. The shape of the
thumbnail appears, but the picture doesn't. I have
Microsoft Photo Editor on my PC. What's wrong here?

Same here - I am running Office 2003 on a windows 2000 PC.
I have already verified the HKeyLocalMachine Software
Classes .jpg/.jpeg/.gif keys are as per kb292499.

Something else happened when Office 2003 was installed...
