Thumbnails

My laptop computer displays my document with thumbnail pages showing on
the left side of the page I'm editing. This is great for me! My desktop
does not display the thumbnail pages.

When I'm on my desktop and click on print layout view, it only displays
one sentence of my 1st page. How can I make it display all pages with a
scroll bar on the left side of the page I'm working on when I'm using my
desktop?

If your desktop is running Word 2003, you can display them using View |
Thumbnails. Thumbnails are not available in earlier versions. If you want to
see page content continuously, you can switch to Normal view, or you can
click between the pages to Hide White Space.
