Tick box problem

I have a form with some 20 tick boxes where users make a choice of one or
many of the tick boxes.They are yes/no fields. I need to write a report
showing for a particular record which tick boxes have been ticked. I don't
want to show the tick box or yes/no but I want to be able to show the label
of the tick box, eg if a user ticks choice 6 and choice 10 I want the words
Choice 6 and Choice 10 to appear on my report not the tick boxes . Can this
be done?
