Tickmark Toolbar Error Msg

I am receiving the following message when I open up Excel
(2000):

There was an error setting the Tickmark Toolbar menu item.
The following was part of the error description: object
variable or with block variable not set

I deleted the Tickmark Toolbar (which is an accounting
toolbar) but if I close out of Excel and open it back up,
it shows up again.
