Tiff files not viewed after SP3 is installed

Has anyone seen the following: Office 2002 SP2, Publisher 2002 opened tiff
files and documents with embedded tiff links without any errors and tiff's
displayed normally. After the installation of Office 2002 SP3 the user is
unable to view tiff files and embedded tiff files in documents in Office and
Publisher.
