Tiffs in A2007

Not sure which forum to post this to.

I recently upgraded Access from 2000 to 2007 and found that Access no longer
supports Tiff files.

I've found that I can install the old tiff filter and register it to make
Tiffs available and work. Am I okay doing this or do I run the risk of
screwing things up?

Anyone have any other work-arounds, short of changing the tiff file formats?

Any thoughts?

What do you mean "Access no longer supports Tiff files"? How are you
encountering this problem? How would I duplicate it?

Access 2003 forward apparently dropped support for tiff (any tiff files
integrated into forms etc.). My experience is that applications error out if
there are tiff images embeded in any forms that are openned.
