time & billing template

I am trying to set up an invoice in the Time & Billing Template in Access.
Instead of billing by project, I need to bill all projects from a client. Can
I just change the Invoice by Project for my use, and if so, how? Or how do I
set up a new invoice. I am somewhat familiar with Access, but not macros.
