Time Change when I import/export

WhenI transfer the outlook calendar between computers using the import/export
file utility the time of my appointment changes

i have the same problem...i synced with my treo and now all the times of my
appts. have become 3 hours later. how do you fix this without doing it
individually?

both clocks are set the same but the times all shifted forward 3 hours. how
do i fix this??
