[QUOTE="Dale Howard [MVP], post: 4927954"] Dan -- While you are importing projects with actuals into Project Server 2003, your Project Server administrator must disable the Managed Time Periods feature. This is causing the "synch with protected actuals" warning and will prevent you from importing historical actuals into Project Server. Concerning the Spooler error message, this is caused by the presence of local (non-enterprise) resources in your project plans. To eliminate this problem, complete the following steps: 1. Open each offending project in Microsoft Project Professional 2. Apply the Resource Sheet view 3. Double-click the name of each local resource (indicated by the local resource indicator in the Indicators column) 4. Change the Workgroup value to None and click OK 5. Apply the Gantt Chart view and save the project Hope this helps. -- Dale A.
