Time Conversion for Outlook

Would be nice because of the Microsoft webcasts and such to convert PST to
local time. Even though I know its simple math, it'd be convienant to just
enter that time into the Outlook appointment or information, ie. 9/20/2004 8
AM PST or .. CST etc.
