Time & Date Stamping

I am creating an employee time clock type data base and
I'm trying to produce a data base that will date stamp
the column in the table that I have labeled 'Date' and
will time stamp the columns for 'Time in and Time out',
etc.

Has anyone got an idea of how to do this in Access?

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated as I have
been struggling with this ror several days now.

You can use the Date() function for the current date, and the Time()
function for current time. Beyond that, further specs on what you're trying
to accomplish would be helpful
