I have an '03 database tracking service calls.
When a particular type of call comes in it is assigned to Tech0 and he gets
an emailed report.
What I need to do is that if it is not responded to in 15 minutes, I need a
Report emailed to Tech1 to notify him that it has not been responded to, if
it isn't responded to in 30 minutes, I need a Report to be emailed to Tech2
to notify him that an open call is hanging out there.
I can't figure out how to do this.
