Time Dif in Excel 2k

I am looking for a time dif function in excel 2k. Basically I want to know
the difference between 2 cells in a minute based output. Both cells are in
the correct format so there should be no needed formula change there. For
example:

9/7/03 1:25 AM 9/7/03 4:32 PM = 187 minutes
9/7/03 8:25 PM 9/8/03 2:44 PM = 1099 minutes



This would be 187 minutes.
