Time dimension is short-changed

The source data for my pivot table is an access table with approx. 30,000
records. The date field contains approx. 1600 instances. When I add the
date field to a pivot table dimension, approx. one-half of the dates are not
displayed. Consequently, much of the data is not available in the pivot
table view. Is there a property setting to overcome this limitation?

Thanks in advance.

Are you saying that the other 28,400 records don't have values in them?

Consider using the Nz() function to default them to a specific date so that
they still get picked up.

Thanks for responding. No, all records in the data source are populated in
the date field.

For clarity, the access table has a field named "Time" populated with a date
for all records. When I connect to the source table in the data access page
design mode, several other fields are automatically generated, "Time by
Month" and "Time by Week". These dimensions do not contain all of the
possibilities within the data source.

Found it. The "MaxRecords" property for the page is automatically set to
10,000. I reset to a value greater than the number of records in the data
source and all is good.
