Time display problem in Entourage

HI, hope someone can help me with this one. I am using a mac here in
Mexico, aligned the timezones in system preferences and Entourage
preferences, however the display time in the monthly view of the
calendar is wrong. Morning meetings are shown as PM (instead of AM) as
well as the afternoon ones (as should). However, looking at the
calendar in week view will show you the right time. I tried to change
the time format to 24 hours to avoid this and counldn't do it (guess
my mexico City time zone does aonly allow you to display time in AM/PM
format).
This is a problem especially when setting times for new meetings. Any
solution ? Thanks a lot!

A Canadian user reported that to use the AM/PM she had to set to a US time
zone.

I'd be curious to know the exact versions of Entourage and Mac OS X
being used. Entourage 11.3.3 and earlier had its own time zone
information but the 11.3.4 update finally stripped out the codes to
calculate all this and set Entourage to use the Mac OS X time zone
information, which was updated in 10.4.5 and 10.4.6.

I would think that not having the latest updates for both Entourage and
Mac OS X installed could easily cause time zone issues.

BIll, I just checked, Word, Excel and Ppt are at 11.3.5 but Entourage
is at 11.3.3. Do you know where I can get the 11.3.4 update? I went
into Mactopia and I find the Office 11.3.5 and tried from the
Entourage menu to look for updates and it says there are none. Thanks
a lot.

You are updated to the latest Entourage version. Microsoft does not update
each application every time an update is released. See ³Confused over
Microsoft Update Version numbers?³
