I have always received emails with the time showing as the time the person sent the email to me. Now, without making any changes, all emails show the time received as the time I checked for email. How do I change this so I can know what time the email was sent?

Messages have two times associated with them: time sent and time received.
The latter is when Entourage received it. Sort on or display the former
instead.

You can choose which columns to display using ctrl-click or right-click on
the column headers in Entourage. You can sort them by clicking on the
desired sort column.
