Time Format.

I have a column with numbers that represent seconds, for example 109.

How can I change this number (109) to this format, 0:01:49

Use

=TIME(0,INT(I1/60),MOD(I1,60))

and format it as h:mm:ss

=A1/(24*60*60) and format as [h]:mm:ss
