Time Fotrmats for cells in Excel

I need to format cells to show elapsed time as minutes,
seconds, and hundredths of a second. I.e. 02:04.58 (two
minutes, four point five eight seconds.)

Can anyone help.

Via Format -- Cells -- Number, create a custom type of mm:ss.00
