Time in My Tasks - PWA

When I went in to enter my project time for the week one of my tasks had time
already "entered' ( .783 hours per day) that I did not personally enter. (I
had entered time for that task previously but not for the dates displayed).
Prior to publishing the updated project plan the project manager did to set
this particular task (fixed duration) to 100% complete but did not change the
end date.

Any ideas why this happened?
