i know that i can input times with the time funtion =TIME
(0,3,15) for 3:15. is there a way that i can input the
times more efficiently than typing out the entire formula
each time?

ctrl + shift + semicolon will enter the current time

(The '.0' is important. If you just type 3:15, XL will interpret that as 3
hours 15 minutes)
