Time not showing in Monthly view of calendar

Working with Outlook 2007 the time for appointments posted in calendar are
not showing on monthly view of the calendar nor are they printing - details
is set to high. How do I get the time to show when viewing the calendar in
the monthly view as well as have the start time print when printing the
calendar?
