Time off by 1 hour in schedule

My calendar times are fine but when I go into "Scheduling" my meetings are
one hour early (reminders work fine). Both my Outlook time zone and my
Windows time zone are Eastern -5, checked adjust for daylight savings. Can
someone help? Thanks

I'm having a similar problem. My timezone is (-5) ET, but my Vista clock
insists on running one hour ahead. I've tried changing it manually and in the
BIOS, but whenever I reboot, Vista helpfully resets the time to the incorrect
one hour fast time. I can turn DST off, which allows the time to run
correctly, but then all my calendar events are set one hour early to match
other people in my company.

So I can have my clock right but all my events show up an hour early, or I
can have my calendar right and my clock wrong.

Suggestions?
