Time off by an hour

I am having problems with Outlook 2007 - my "sent time" is an hour earlier
than it really is and my meeting request go out an hour earlier, as well. I
have already done the following:
Windows time zone = EST with adjust for DST checked
Outlook Calendar zone = EST with adjust for DST
I have tried changing the windows settings and time and then setting them
back with the same results.
My computer (XP Prof w/SP2) has all updates current.

You're saying you applied the DST updates for your O/S and also Outlook that
were made recently available for North American PC's running Windows?

You do actually have to patch Outlook 2007. Do you know where to locate the
patch?

Oh - this refers to the Time Zone tool - to move appointments in Outlook,
which is actually built into Outlook 2007 - and I have run that. Thanks, I
still am searching for an answer :(

triple check your Time zone and dst settings. Apply a different one and
reapply the correct one.
