Time period Leveling Problem

Hi there,
I'm working in a multy projects Env. when I try to level one (or even
several togheter) project(s) taskes go to year of 2049.
I tried to put leveling range but again tasksgo to end of rang. I'm not sure
I have to set someting or!?

Is there any body can help me?

Over the years, my experience has been to turn off automatic leveling and do
it by hand based on the overallocation of the resource(s) in question. One
of the biggest finds is that your project manager's keep assigning everyone
at 100% with no realistic assignments, i.e. 5 days duration and 40 hours work
since the resource was assigned at 100%, and in reality, the resource only
works 10 hours ioin those 5 days.

I'm not sure what you mean.
I use manual leveling but tasks schedule for end of 2049. if I use rang for
leveling tasks schedule for end of rang period. that means there are big gaps
between tasks.

I believe this is a bug - try applying latest service pack.

I think Mike is correct that it is a bug within the application.
If you do a task by task search you should be able to find which task was
mangled and produced that extended delay. If you fix that task the resource
leveling should resolve itself.

Do you have any idea how can I find That task. As I said there are hundreds
task by 20 resources.
