Time Phased data not expanded in database

Even though I have selected the option to expand time phased data in the
database, this data is not consistently expanded. I even replublished all
information and the time phased data was still not expanded in the database.

Any thoughts on how to force the time phased data to be expanded?

viewnotify.exe precess was the culprit. ViewNotify is a service that runs on
the project server, and appears to have silently failed. Restarting the
service solved the problem: all time phased data now properly expands in the
database.
