Time Scale display with Time-Zone

Is there a way to display multiple Time Scales with
different Time-Zones to make a project be usefull in a
Global rollout. If not, is MS planning to add that
feature?

There is not - though you could use one of the spare date fields to show
different timezones (UTC - 8:00 for example) Do this by entering a formula
such as [Start] - 0.333
