Helen said:Hi Helen
62.33 is not the number of hours and minutes it's the decimal
equivalent of
the number of hours ... 0.33 of an hour is 20 minutes (just as .5 of an
hour
is 30 minuts)
if you want to see 62:20
then use the formula
=SUM(H7:H13)
and format it to a custom format of
[h]:mm
Cheers

WEEKLY TOTAL 62.33
I have formatted the Weekly Total as Number and the rest of the times
as hh:mm
=SUM(H7:H13)*24 this is the formula I have done for the Weekly total
when it is adding 13 minutes to my total.
Thank you for getting back to me you really are helping me. If it
helps
I could see if I can manage to attach the file or if you want to send
me
your e-mail address I could send it that way

When I am doing the formula =SUM(H7:H15)*24 on my time sheet and
setting
the total to numbers so that it gives me the correct totals the
formula
is making my sheet go out I think it is rounding the totals up with
having to multiply by 24 to get the sheet working right.
Can any one help me get this right as I cannot have my sheet rounding
up by as much as 13 minutes on some times.
