Time stamp on e-mails off by 1 hour

FYI
For all the experts out there that could not or would not
give me the solution to time stamp on e-mails being off
by 1 hour. One of my sales people found the answer. He is
not even certified on any software I know of.
Go into your Calender Options and make sure your Time
Zone is checked to Adjust for Daylight Saving. Once this
is check all e-mails past and present will change or
reflect the correct time sent/created.
