Time stamp on email

I am using Outlook 2003 and WinXp. Why does the time stamp on email that I
receive have a time of about 2 hours earlyer. I sent a email at 12:57 PM and
got it back at 12:35 PM.

Received timestamps are calculated based on how the server stamps it. For
example, if you are working with a POP3/IMAP account, take a peek at the
internet header and look at the last "Received:" line. (Make sure you note
time & time zone info since it is possible that you and ISP provider are in
2 different time zones.)
