You can't have your cake and eat it too. If you freeze the
date, then how can it be updated the next time?
What you need to do is figure out a scheme to move the
current time stamp value to another location before you
update it. You could have two locations: one labeled
"current time" and the other labeled "last time opened".
Your're gonna need to write a macro to do this. I don't
think you can do it with just formulas.
