I have plenty of word files (8000) in a directory on a file-server. On
earlier Word-(98)-Installations it was a matter of a second and the
file-list appeared nearly instantly. Now, also word 98,it takes 35
boring seconds until the filelist displays!
Configuration: word 98 on Windows 2000 workstations and NT 4.0-Server.
