Time Totals

Hi can someone tell me how to set the value of a field to calculate
the total time taken to do a job.

ie.
[start] = 5/4/2009 7:08:20 PM
[finish] = 5/4/2009 7:10:20 PM
[total] = should equal 0:02:00 (ie 2 min)

the idea is to be able to add up all the time spent on a job for
billing purposes

Is there an easy way to calculate the total time?
Thanks
