Time Zone conversion in vbscript

Hi,

I have a custom outlook form that have a date/time field. I'd like to have a
field next to this date/time field that displays the current Time Zone set
for the PC. Is there a way to display the current Time Zone set for the PC
through vbscript?

I would appreciate if someone shows me how to get the current timezone set
for the PC in vbscript (if it is possible). I have looked for this info in
VB online Help text and MS Technet site without success.
