Time Zone Patch and Blackberry Question

I am about to install the Time Zone Patch on my Exchange 2003 SP2 server and
also was reading the article 912918. I understand all the changes to the
store file and send as and stuff, my question is..the Hotpatch discussed on
page 7 hotfix 895949 it says to install this patch after I made all my
changes to my Blackberry service account. But the patch changes my store.exe
version back to the original really with up to date dates..question is,
should I even do all the steps or just apply this hofix patch? Or if I do all
the work, should I apply this hotfix patch?
