Time Zone problem! Help!

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I use Entourage and I try to sync with my iphone. When I add a new event in the iphone, it show on iCal correct, but in different time in Entourage very different... I know is the Time Zone. But I can't find any correct time zone for San Juan, Puerto Rico.. please Help!... in iCal, San Juan appears and also in the iPhone. But no in the Entourage.

Yes this Time Zone is not available in Entourage the workaround for now
would be to use La Paz or Georgetown (which currently have the same time
zone offset as San Juan -4)

I have it in La Paz. If a enter a new event y Entourage, is ok.. and it shown in the iPhone ok. same and correct time. The problem is, if a add a new event in the iphone, appears in the iCal fine, but in the Entourage appears like 6 hors of different.

Use the same address you have in your iPhone to connect to your Outlook
Web Access (OWA) server. Verify that your time zone setting is correct
in OWA.

Just clarifying...

Use the OWA address in a *web browser* to connect to your account. OWA
has preference settings, one of which is time zone.
