time zone

When a meeting request is sent to someone not on the same
server, a message is received specifying Date and time.
The time zone is displayed with the time eg 12:30 PM
(GMT+4:00) Abu Dhabi,Muscat. Can the last part be changed
to a more meaningful desc eg 12:30 PM Local country time.
Please reply
