Time Zone

We are using Windows 2000 Terminal Server on our network.
Several of our users are in a different Timezone, but
when I try to change the timezone on the users profile
under Calendar options, it says the user does not have
the correct permissions to do so. How can I get around
this? I can show an additional timezone, but I would
rather not.
