Time Zone

A great feature of OneNote is that it automatically adds the creation
time of a page to its title (depending on the template, of course).
But:

How can I have the time zone added automatically?

I want dates to be formatted as follows:

Thursday, 2008-January-17 CET

That time field is not configureable - but you can edit after it it created,
though.

You could also write a powertoy to add that information to the page. It
won't be part of the default text under the page title, but it could be done.
