Time Zones for shared calendars

If someone in the Eastern Time Zone is viewing a person's calendar who is in
the Central Time Zone - is there a way make the times STAY in the Central
Time Zone when viewing?

Currently if someone in Eastern Time Zones opens up a Central Time Zone
Calendar, it displays all the appointments in Eastern Time. What they would
like to happen is to have that calendar view stay in the Central Time Zone.
(Of course the person doesn't want to change their own calendar to Central -
just wants that one calendar to stay in Central.)

Hope that made sense. We are using Outlook 2002. Any suggestions?
