Time Zones in Calendar

Tara

Hi
I think this is a 2 part question...
We have an admin who is in MST. And she mananges a directors calendar who is
in PST. When Daylight Savings time changes the end of this month, what will
happen to the appts/meetings. She sends out meetings on his behalf from his
calendar. Does it automatically take the time zone from her since she is the
sender or from him since its being sent on his behalf from his calendar? I
hope this makes sense. Right now for example, there is a meeting on Nov 9th
from 10:30 to 11:30 MST and PST, after the DST will that meeting on his
calendar change to 9:30 to 10:30 automatically? Or will the assistant have to
manually change it...

if the computer is properly configured for the correct time zones, the times
will update correctly.
