Time Zones Missing in Outlook 2000 Sp4

Hi,

We've recently noticed that there are only a few Time Zones appearing
inside Outlook 2000 (Calendar Option).
All our appointments are defaulting to (GMT-9) Alaska, which is great if
you live in Alaska, but not so great if you live in the UK as there is
no GMT time zone :)
How can I create the GMT Time Zone?
