Time Zones

How can I schedule a meeting in a different time zone and have the meeting
show up on my calendar at the correct time of the meeting; say (10am)? Right
now, I have to set up the meeting 2 hrs early on my calendar (8am) in order
for the people I'm inviting in CST to post the correct time on their
calendar. WebEx doesn't have this issue so I'm wondering if there is a
setting I'm missing in Outlook?
